Cherry Blossom Foot Tattoos

Very pretty Cherry Blosom foot tattoo - beautiful in that the vine grows up the foot and is very elegant. While this cherry blossom design is traditional, the tattoo does not come across dull or unoriginal – it is very fresh and striking. The  flower is very modern and so is ht delicate colouring of white with pink.

Foot tattoos are a bit more difficult because of the location. Be sure to consult with an expert  etattoo artist before you get your foot tattoo. The tattoo artist should give you a rundown of things you should consider before getting a foot tattoo: fading is one of them. Tattoos on the foot may fade faster than other areas becuase of the rubbing from shoes and socks. Getting a foot tattoo can also be very painful  – especially when tattooing on the top of the foot.

Still, summer time is a time for showing off your feet, and a foot tattoo makes a great adornment.

Cherry Blossom Side Tattoo

cherry blossom tattoo

Here’s a beautiful  cherry blossom tattoo. For many the cherry blossom represents life – the cycle from the birth of the bud, the short
delicate life of the flower, to it’s quite death as it falls from the tree. The symbol is to live life to the fullest.

This design makes lovely use of striking rich red colour.

Here is another cherry blossom tattoo on the side. The side is a great place for trees, blossoms plants. Anything that is elongating looks good on the side. And cherry blossoms rock on tattoos.

Side Tattoo With Cherry Blossoms

I am starting to absolutely adore side tattoos. The more I see them, the more I think the side of the torso is my favorite place for a tattoo. Apart from being an unusual and unique location for a tattoo for women, their discreteness shows a certain strength of character. Kind of like “I don’t need to blast my egotism out loud and at you. I can keep mine in check.”

This cherry blossom tattoo is especially gorgeous. It has a beautiful naturalness – and elegance, and an air of the east about it. The eastern cultures revere cherry blossoms though they haft often subscribed different meanings to the flower.  In China the cherry blossom symbolizes feminine beauty while in Japan the cherry blossoms take on a grander scare and are symbols of the  transient nature of life, due to their short blooming cycle. That’s  big stuff, people.

Once again I believe that side tattoos look great when they are vertical. This cherry blossom tattoo vine is growing up the side and elongates the body.
