Show Off Your Angel Wing Tattoos This Summer

Angel wing tattoos are hot. Sported across the back angel wing tattoos make the ultimate statement.

We know these angel wings aren’t real – but what a great idea it is to henna your tattoo on your back for the summer. This way you can really try your tattoo on for size before you make the ultimate commitment.

You can check out how your tattoo looks with all your clothes – whether wearing a tshirt, halter top, bikini or a bareback dress. You can test the reaction you get from friends or colleagues or bosses when they see you with your new tattoo, and more importantly, how you feel when faced with other people’s reactions.

Best of all you can check out different angel wing patterns – to see which one you feel good in. It’s all about feeling good in your own skin.

I love this tattoo design- it’s beautiful because of its loose filigree fairy like drawing. Very irreverent and whimsical. Upper back tattoos on the are just as sexy as lower back tattoos.

Remember, tattoo regret is pretty common, so take your time when choosing your tattoos. That’s why lifetime memberships with Tattoo galleries are great – there’s no rushing when it comes to choosing your tattoo – so less chance of regretting your decision.

Japanese Koi Tattoo On Your Back

MY TATTOS

This  back tattoo is stunning.

The Koi is a carp fish. And as usual, there are many meanings to a symbol, but in general, the koi is a symbol of courage and perseverance and strength. It means that you don’t give up or back down easily, and because of that, will succeed.

The koi is a popular fixture in Japanese myths and stories, where after great effort they are sometimes transformed into dragons.

Other traits associated with koi are wisdom, luck, and longevity. That is why the koi fish is a popular symbol in Chinese and japanese art, and the koi tattoo is a popular fish tattoo.

Remember, tattoo regret is pretty common. That’s why a lifetime memberships with a Tattoo gallery is a great idea – there’s no rushing when it comes to choosing your tattoo. Plus, you can use it for life – on your second, third …nth tattoo!

Inspiring Tattoos and Views

This back tattoo is inspired. I am not sure but I can only assume that this is Mitch’s favourite view, and he had it tattooed on his back. Yosemite Park is very spiritual and inspirational.

Would you consider tattooing your  favourite view on your back?

If you do decide to get a landscape done and you bring in a  photo for your tattoo artist, make sure to check out their painting skills. This kind of ability is more than just drawing lines and colouring in them. There is shading involved, and one must understand how light falls, and the opposite of light – how shade works.

Consider a lifetime memberships with a Tattoo gallery  – there’s no rushing when it comes to choosing your tattoo. And there are tons of tattoo ideas there to inspire you too.

Impressionistic Tree Tattoo on the Back

Tree tattoo on back woman

Wow. We love this tattoo. The loose impressionistic styling of the leaves is reminiscent of Manet. Very individualistic.

BoPhoto said it took seven hours to do – and yeah, it hurt.

It was created by Jason Wells of Pulse Dermagraphics in Kent, Ohio. You can’t really tell by this photo, but near the trunk and on the outside of the leaves Wells used Japanese brush strokes. Very cool.
